In addition to domestic experience in North America, we have significant international relationships and business experience including project finance and development in emerging markets such as Brazil, Honduras, Jamaica, Indonesia, Vietnam, India and Kenya. We have closed complex transactions using multilateral financiers, specialty insurance vehicles and equity sponsors. We have negotiated and assembled project specific documents such as power purchase agreements, fuel supply agreements, engineering, procurement and construction agreements and operating and maintenance agreements with terms and conditions that support project financing.
